Don't worry, there are a number of teachers (the "good ones") who are SAFE already . They have heeded my warnings and advices on how to protect themselves since last year and have taken every necessary precautions. Their pretty backsides are "well covered" There is now a massive and intense "witch hunt" among the teachers in LH by the top management, so I told all these teachers to stay low and "follow the crowd"

Sigh, must admit, those C9 are the most wisdom-ful.. Who put down the signature, who don't? One eye they can see what is behind the stone.

Who said watching Hong Kong drama not helpful. Or is it Korean drama which the C9s are chasing after now that help give them such a sharp mind.

That is a prime example of a "lubang" ... how to blame IF did not sign ? So only those who sign "kena" esp the person who initiated the petition. Petition don't get started by itself. As far as I am aware from what I have studied, legally, there are always a "proposer" and a "seconder" and then everybody else just sign to "sokong". So, if there is any case, usually, the proposer and seconder are the one who will be held responsible/answerable.

So simple, I hope the teachers understand. So, teachers who signed at number 8, 18, 28, 38, ... 118, 128 and 138 relax ... don't panic unless you are the one who start the petition and the main seconder. Of course, by signing, it means you all agree to the petition, so while legally, you may not catch the shit but you may get disciplinary action from JPS if JPS thinks that you all have "gone too far" in manipulating the PIBG unless you all sign a statutory declaration (SD) stating that you have been "forced" and "coerced" into doing so.

NOTE: For those not familiar with legal terms and documents - read here :

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statutory_declaration

    or http://www.malaysianbar.org.my/membe...larations.html

    or http://www.agc.gov.my/Akta/Vol.%201/Act%2013.pdf (the Act itself)

I suggest you contact your legal advisers (aka lawyers) if you really "feel the need" to make one or just go to the court offices and do it yourself (DIY) - cheaper. BTW, this is a serious legal document, don't play play or do for fun - there is a penalty for doing so. You have been warned.

However, if the "good teachers" heeded my advices earlier on what to do, they should be ok

But hm as ex officio........he represents the jpn......

sigh! Frankly, i dont really know too many things. After i asked my school colleagues who are in PIBG in our school, hm notmally does not directly involve in all PIBG documentation, from signatory of bank account to annoucement of PIBG activities. That means teachers will be the one who bear all the consequences should anything happens. No wonder someone says hm does everything within the guideline. He is sure not getting any trouble. Pity those teachers who were put on table 摆上台by him.

I have a wild thought now. If i were Lh teacher who were the victim oh this hm, i will find all ways to collect all his corrupted proof to send to MACC. that is it, end the teachers' suffering. Afterall, he is not looking after the teachers when problem arise. He created more problems and pull in more innocent teachers in. He is good in telling lies (i received sms fr his FAVOURITE lady teacher early this year telling me how the ex YDP stop lots of good activities for our children, so this year we should pull her down. I NO STUPID. I listen from both sides, i pm ex YDP and hear what she had to say. Ta dah....two version of stories. Whom do I believe in? Of course the tall one. Hehe)

Let us not instigate the LH teachers to become "traitors" or "whistleblowers". I do not agree with this wild thought. It is too dangerous for the teachers and they can get into serious trouble if caught under the Official Secrets Act 1972 (Act 88). It is very dangerous, so don't play play with the OSA. Some of its penalties are as bad as the defunct ISA. I know as I have read it and also signed my name on such documents.

Let them decide their own actions based on their own moral conscience. The LH teachers are mature and not stupid. The few that I know are so sharp even I get "cut" when discussing with them Sometimes, they may act blur sotong and dumb and usually it is to escape from doing "more donkey work" , I know I was an ex-civil servant, so we all know the "tricks"

Let us help them by giving suggestions as to how they can "protect" themselves from the greed and wrongdoings of others instead of promoting back-stabbing. We leave this aspect of immoral behaviour to the others. We do not want the school teachers to play politics. WE, AS PARENTS SHOULD ONLY WISH FOR THEM TO DO THEIR DUTIES PROPERLY AND CORRECTLY WITH COMPETENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY. That has been my only aim and wish for this school all along. Sadly, some people got influenced or became greedy along the way and the mess is a consequence. It has been said in the Holy Books, "the love and greed for money is the ROOT of all evils that Man do"

If anyone feels the urge to play politics esp "dirty politics" , please go join the political parties. They do that everyday for a living

Dear LH teachers, PLEASE STAY FOCUS ON YOUR PROFESSIONAL DUTIES - that is all we humbly ask from you. Let those greedy and immoral people go and suffer the "consequences" of their greed. You may be forced to "menurut perintah" but at the same time, protect yourselves. As Government servants, you should know the way by now, if not, ask the National Teachers Union for advice.

This time, i don't agree. Though I know nothing, but ain't "Official Secrets Act 1972" meant for official things that a government should do. It's hard to believe the Act is to protect any wrongdoing like taking parents money.

It's too dangerous for the teachers to expose dirty things (which I don't think any of these dirty things are of official portfolio) done ; and parents don't have access to those info; then you said 'leave it to others'.

Guess the same thing, too dangerous, parents protect themselves first, 'leave it to others', right?

Leave it to 'who' then? Koo alone? Great spirit. So, we shall say, we want competency, accountability and transparency, and let's leave it to Koo, right? cause we dont have competent HM, accountable teachers and transparent PIBG, so now we can only rely on Koo.

So we are back to square one, good teachers teach and also sign whatever HM ask to, bad teacher + HM + cronies continue wallop the $$$, and parents continue to paying $$$. Then aerobax said everyone is happy.

oh ya,... i guess this is how it works for the unpay tuition salary also.

Because HM + gangs who kena sued for the $$$ issue are not happy, so penalized the teachers giving tuition. So, teachers cannot do anything. Then HM + gangs said blame the parents. Then teachers blamed the parents. So basically teachers are being used to the fullest. And we can only tell the teachers, jaga ur backside, 'leave it to someone' ? who? Another parent Koo2 to help them sue HM + gangs for holding back their tuition money ?

    nescafeaday,

I think we are talking "cross lines" here

I am referring to teacher's wild thought of asking LH teachers to collect "evidence" of corruption. In my ASSUMPTION, as in most private companies, IF there is any possible act of corruption, it will usually be found in the PURCHASING OF GOODS AND SERVICES. So, in the case of schools, such services or goods that normally used by all schools are related to tenders of canteen, bookshops, toilet cleaning, construction, renovations, furniture, stationaries, sports equipment, office supplies etc etc .... Hence if LH operates like most Govt agencies that I know of, such documents (tenders) can be classified as RAHSIA and thus covered by OSA. BUT as LH is a SJKC with a Board of Governors/Directors, and hence "not 100% fully" Government in all its operations, then not all the documents are covered esp in certain areas of purchasing where BOG decides. Interesting POSSIBILITIES. That will drag the members of the BOG into the investigation IF there are any reports.

Your examples and discussions are referring to the PIBG and extra tuition. This is a totally different area altogether. I am not referring to that area at all when I wrote my comment on OSA.

I will not discuss on the PIBG as it is now in court and hence possible sub-judice if discussed in the forum. Some people are playing "DIRTY POLITICS" by using the LH teachers. I just hope the LH teachers are wise enough to know that.

    No problem

To think all these started and all the shit "exposed" because a few "very smart" people in PIBG AJK 2012 decided to become very greedy and TRY TO FORCE "COMPULSORY" EXTRA TUITION WITHOUT PROPER NOTICES AND NO RECEIPTS (until today) on ALL the children of LH from Std 1-6 instead of just Std 4-6.

Moral of the lesson: Don't mess around with OUR CHILDREN'S WELFARE AND SAFETY.

BTW, just another reminder, COLLECTION OF MONEY, DONATIONS, FEES etc ... WITHOUT THE ISSUING OF A RECEIPT in return is another potential criminal breach of trust (CBT) offence. You have been warned. Don't be lazy, please do the proper financial processes. If you are lazy or got no time to do the financial paperwork THEN DO NOT ASK FOR MONEY !! This is another TIME BOMB for LH management. I do not understand why they are so bloody lazy IF ALL OTHER SJKCs CAN ISSUE RECEIPTS FOR ALL THEIR ACTIVITIES .... don't blame me IF another pile of shit drop on your heads due to your laziness.

DO THINGS PROPERLY AND CORRECTLY !!

LH IS A SCHOOL, SO RUN IT LIKE A SCHOOL. You all are senior civil servants not business people. IF some of you want to do business then please retire and go outside to do it.

PS: You don't need to issue any receipts to me coz I did not give you any money this year !! hahahahaha
