And, if I am Pritpal, I should have stopped Grandpa to write the following in his posting #185
“I go through a leaflet from the PPSJ and surprised to see the chairmans of the wangsa baiduri condos were organizing the PPSJ when they have been relaxed or working along side with the Developer in dragging the Transfer of Strata Titles for years, allowing the Common Properties to remain in the Developer's name, non-justification of expenses and not chasing after the Developer on why no facilities for a Condo or strata title as Apartment!!”
I have a lot of information because we share the information in our group without Red Herrings with patience and going through process similar to putting “puzzle” together.
• Why I like to be called as House Victim as there should be million of House Victim in this country.
• Why I am emphasizing Legal Standi and Technicalities, because, they are the areas which can be bullied easily when a group of experts are available to help the bully.
• Why I had been pointing to TCPA in length, because it regulates the process to take our Rights in consideration but still loopholes for bully.
Only in this direction, we can avoid a lot of deviations or emotional factors.
Orchi, if you really want to help those Housing Victims, try to get verification on my points, use them if they are valid. Tell me if I had made any mistake or missing some points. Even information from enemies can be useful! Some even put up a “mistake” to confuse others as normal logic will assume “no dummy will publicize a mistake” and so publicly when no objection to a mistake, then, a mistake can be made publicly.
P.S. Town planning usually started with Zoning and in many case also specified Plot Ratio. Should a plot ratio of 1.5:1 been set for SS12/1 or a new 4.6:1 to be imposed!!
Orchi, if you are really picking Pritpal, post his wrong doings here. Or even use your 3rd Mother Tongue. BUT, BE SPECIFIED – PRITPAL SINGH if he should be your Target!! But, should he be the only one to make things happened!!
