Seldom fresh is not as critical as to real bad inedible food as in Tesco when they put in up as reduced price end of the night. Steak smell and chicken turn blue and fish turn dead many times over.
Dont take my world for it......can somebody to take photos at Tesco headquaters at Mutiara or in Cheras.
Some people are plain good in photography , others like me are mean -I mean ,soaked once, broke the lens once, misplace the cameras and phones many times.

Its ALL ABOUT PRICE, QUALITY IS SECOND OR THIRD. Do we still think things and essentials in Malaysia is still cheap or very very affordable?. So back to my FIRST SENTENCE. Would you believe say just days before long holidays, even wilted or not so fresh anymore vege, meat or fish are all snapped up like there's a coming famine... THIS IS MALAYSIA!.. QUality is SECOND OR THIRD!

I guess modern homemakers nowadays cannot tell between a fresh chicken or fish with one that isn't that fresh... so people like these hypermarts get away scot free... ha ha!.. they buy chicken by looking at price and packaging... and do not want to dirty their hands in case it mess up their Louis Vuitton bags etc...

I did say and I'll say it again, its all about the price and little else matters till someone reports to the police, I got a stomach ache and purged for 2 days after buying this and that from there. I think most Malaysians take things for granted on quality at the supermarkets. Of course there's exceptions to this.

Just the other day I dropped in at one supermatket near where the factories are and many factory staff are residing,, OMG!..the cut chicken pieces there were all looking like black meat...obviously days and days old..and they can still sell it.. How leh?... I'm saying ALL the cut chicken meat in the open!..

Carrefour should be responsible

Cheers, m

According to the Police, there are very few cases of Car breakins in Subang Parade because it is brightly lit and well patrolled, however that is not to say that there are none.

In the case of Carrefour, from the information I have gathered from both their staff and also from the Police it happens very often.

That's the reason why I went with Mr. Teoh of SJ Echo to see them.

I think it is the responsibility of the Car Park management (in this case Carrefour) to look after the cars parked in their premises. They should have proper lighting, adequate CCTVs and guards, they should also made sure they are covered by insurance.

This rubbish about putting up a sign board indicating that you park at your own risk is no longer acceptable.

So perhaps I could think that place or that vicinity is now a very unsafe place to park and the risk is now at all time high. I guess people should now shop somewhere else.
OR take public transport...damn...another PROBLEM!...

No such thing as a laptop detector

I have been informed by an engineer that the inductive tone amplifier depicted will NOT detect a laptop in your car. And that there is no such thing as a laptop detector.

Maybe someone with the necessary background would like to confirm or dispute this information.

In the meantime, I am going to contact the manufacturer to see what they say.

I trust your engineer friend is correct....in my experience, I havent come across any such detector other than urban legends.

I'm not saying no such device exist, but I havent come across one or proved to be one.

AllUrban, you should have known better, I doubt you could find any or many with covered (underground) parking as in Msia. Most of western world super/hypermarket are single story warehouse kinda building and with huge open car parks!

Ok.. you folks judge for yourselves and should know best. This carpark in question is dark, dingy, not very well upkept and security is questionable. Up to you loh...
