Referring to http://biz.thestar.com.my/news/stor...41&sec=business, any one know about this apartment?

Wonder where the apartment is.

It is located nearby at the Batu Tiga KTM station. Entrance to the site will be thru' Central Sugar Refinery (CSR)
Location is good.
Price ranging from 140k onwards, all 1056sft design. Went to the showroom last week and quite impressed with the size of the balcony.

Indarisa Condo

I just book a unit at 3rd floor which is facing pool at RM142,888. The location is not bad since it is easy accessible to highway and near KTM. The only disadvantage is because it's just next to malay and indian graveyard. Other than that for me everything is just ok to me. Reasonable price, freehold, nice location, modern condo design, big built up area, and with the size of the balcony i can really put a small table outside already.

This is my 1st time buying house, and for me as a junior marketing staff, it is actually within my budget and near to my working location. Even if i quit my job and work in other places, my second option is to take the train at KTM station nearby.

Anyone outside there got any opinion about this INDARISA CONDO????

Not so bad, not so great either

The project sounds interesting, but the location doesnt sound too great.

M would rather live in SS16 Subang Jaya...the location is good, there is bus service and reasonable KTM service, and M plans to fight for an LRT extension. The section is close to work and shopping and even the highway (though M has no car and doesnt want one).

Living near a KTM station and highways is a good thing, but M prefers the two feet that God gave him...he would hate to have to rely on mechanized transport to do anything.

Most importantly, he can walk around his neighbourhood and truly be a part of his community...something that is impossible inside a car or bus.

Cheers
