    One of my favourite Sudirman songs, especially during this time of the year...... its catchy and I never fail to sing and hum along. I'm sure you know it too.....come-lah sing along with me...!!!

    48 years and we still have a population that is severely divisive, polarised, cannot say they are 100% patriotic and worse of all, continual brain drain. All thanks to the 35 years of race-base governmeny policy!

    I agree 100% with orchipalar. True Independence...only when we are accepted as a Bangsa Malaysia and not based on race. We still have a long way to go for true independence.

    Pak Lah's Merdeka Speech

    I suggest the least patriotic thing we do today is watch Pak Lah's speech and see if it has any interesting things to comment.

    Does anyone here keeps our PM's text speech for previous Merdeka Day ???? That will be a good bed time reading

    Happy Merdeka Malaysians..let not doubters question where our loyalty or the truthfullness of our feelings towards our country.. regardless of what they say, we are born here and we are malaysian whether they like it or not, no question marks..if Malaysian than Malaysia is our homelah..duh!!!

    Enjoy the holidays..mua is working tomorrow and will miss the celebrations..'overtheparit' at the moment..sob..sob..miss you
