    Conti B'fast

Can anyone suggest a good place to have continental breakfast? No, I don't mean going to the hotel to have it. I used to frequent Bee's bakery next to Guardian at Taipan. They had this fantastic b'fast, hash browns, ham, eggs, sausages, toast etc, all in one plate. When I went there again two saturdays ago, NO MORE!!!

kiwi express is at usj 9 or the business center as most ppl call it. it is one the same row with OCBC bank but at the other end.

what is?! well, for a start their continental breakfast spread is something to shout about, of course until i find something better. they have 5 choices to choose from, i think.

i've also been there for lunch. their curry mee is not bad. basically, they are a fusion set up, if i may say so. they have both local and western dishes to choose from.

    bon apetit

Yes i agree Kiwi Express served good breakfast set. Years ago when they first opened I was a regular patron there, always had brunch/brekkie there on weekends. Liked their nasi lemak and curry mee too.

It seems to be getting more expensive eating there, prices are kinda steep for a 'cafe'. I think the curry mee is now about RM8-9 ?? Each time i hv some light meals for 2-3ppl(sandiwches, pasta and some local mee & stuff) the bills comes up to almost a chinese restaurant price for a simple dinner and these light meals did not even fill me up. I don't mind going there when i feel rich at beginning of month. Sigh! Im a cheapskate or what?

At the moment I cant think of any other nice places to eat breakfast, any other suggestions?

There is this decent halal place at SS15 at one of the corner lots. Can't remember the name but it is the block after the Car Service shop at the other end of KFC. Serve some local and Con breakfast, with some good French toast. One red note should do it for two. Service, however is slow, very slow.
