the Cambridge center is not suitable for a 7-year old - that is a bit young for serious English.

However, you would like to encourage her to develop reading skills. For that you should check out Vital Years. Their signboards are yellow in colour, if it helps in your search amongst the shops in Taipan - I know there is one there. My kids went there in their very early years and it did help - their emphasis is on reading.

actually what is the most important for young children?
Or should they develop all 4 skills at the same time? (Reading, writing, listening, speaking)

Jan, also check out the smart reader program.. My son went thru some of the early modules and I could see some remarkable improvement. Children will progress at different rates so only you can tell which program works for your child.
Depends on Centre and Instructor so you need to check out your nearest centre.
