Dear,
Get your eyes relax by changing the monitor's refresh rate as below:
1. Right-click Desktop, click properties to Display Properties.
2. Settings -> Advanced -> Monitor.
3. There is a monitor settings for "Screen Refresh Rate".
4. Default is 60 hertz, choose refresh rate above 60 hertz. Recommend 75-85 hertz or 100 hertz(support by NEW model monitor).
5. CAUTION: Click Apply, DON'T click "OK"!! Because your OLD monitor may not support the higher Refresh Rate. If there is NO display, just hit Esc key and it'll go back to previous screen otherwise click ok to confirm new Refresh Rate.
After that you'll felt better looking at monitor because the higher Refresh Rate reduce the "flick" of your monitor screen display. Did you aware that the 100Hertz TV ads? New 100hertz TV give you a non flick and clear display than normal TV.
