Leftover Chinese Roasted Chicken
Just thought I share with all of you a simple but delicious way to turn left over chicken rice roasted chicken into a new dish. Provided you have stored the sauces that go with the chicken separately.
-Slice a medium sized onion into rings
-Finely slice a couple of red chillies (optional)
-Heat wok with a little oil and saute onions and chillies until fragrant
-Add left over roasted chicken to wok, saute until chicken evenly coated with chillies and onions
- Pour in leftover light soy sauce to taste
- Lower flame and add the thick sticky sauce the chicken is normally served with.
- Add a little water and leave it to braise for a few minutes, sprinkling a little sugar if necessary
- Remove from fire when sauce is thickened and chicken succulent
This is a quick and easy dish to add variety to the meal especially when you are in a hurry. Serve with hot steaming rice and roasted pork with garlic, chilli sauce...YUMMY!

If duck leftover, throw everything in a pot, add kiam chye, tomato and boil.... yummy.
The neck, head, web... all can eat!
Try to get it from the duck seller after the bridge ....
