    One Subang Apts

    Hi all,

I just went to see the One Subang show unit today. I'm a first time property buyer. I plan to buy to stay. My main concern is the area and the access roads. Just wanna know if anyone else has seen it and your thoughts on it.

block b still service apartments... svc apmt is a rough term for accomodation built on commercial land... not residential land.

    amy_melanie,

i would recommend you to read up on the difference between a service apartment and a residential one before you commit.
jeffooi had quite an interesting blog on one of the subang service apartments recently. do a search on his site www.jeffooi.com

Thanks a lot Jaytea. I've read the blogs and can safely say that my eyes are open... albeit I am a bit disillusioned. I think I'll put my plans to purchase on hold. Thanks for all the comments...

iirc, Azizi Ali had this to say about serviced apartments - "I've yet to see a serviced apartment that made its owners profit..."

Service apartment will make $$$ if there is a community of expats staying there. Unless there is a sudden surge of expats moving into usj 1, I don't foresee one subang is a good investment.
