I always wanted to eat but my fiance never lets me.He's concerned about the hygiene cos everyone's dipping their sticks into the same pot and sauces.
Question: So is it safe? I love steamboats so this is like a mini one.
actually its depend on u also.. if u didnt care bout everybody sharing the same pot.. then go ahead.. if u mind then stay away..thats all ..
anyway i think those lok lok quite expensive...
In fatman lok lok, ppl dont dip their stick into the sauce because a plastic plate is given..anyway, i wont say 100% of the customer there will use it..Originally Posted by LMei

Is Lok Lok the same as what they call "Satay Celup" available in the backlanes in Melaka, where you dip your satay-like seafood and fishballs and whatever into a big boiling pot full of satay sauce? Hee Hee.... its okay if the other people dip one stick once and eat their stuff, I realize some re-dip and re-dip, cannot take the hygiene risk here...![]()
