alan did not wants to tell you the current implementaion because it is still weak. the e-goverment kena hack fews months back, if alan says the e-goverment is good then he must me wire loose sm where in the brain cell.

to get improve and at better state, gov needs futher advise from other planet. technologies are growing fast, lots of transactions, networking, security, programming are at higher pick.

compare to other gov website, you'll notice they are more stable, immune to attack. the basic needs must be there in order to achieve the foundamental structure.

maybe e-gov is still not ready for such complexity.
