    Post TNB Bill

    Can someone please advise me on the TNB monthly bill. They used to come quite promptly until last month - whereby it was 15 days late. But for this month, I have yet to receive it - already almost end of the month.

    How about you guys .... have you receive your's ?

    I received the bill around 20 something every month. Never late before. I am staying in USJ 4.

    Mine came on 15/6 (previous bill came on 19/5) & I'm staying at usj2. better call them up at 5633-7000 or visit them at Subang Square E-01-0 Jln SS15/4G, SJ.
    What you have to do and the way you have to do it is incredibly simple.

    I am staying at Wangsa Baiduri (SS12). Usually the bill would come within the 2nd week. But for this month, I think those meter readers at at Portugal spiritually - following the Euro 2004 la...
    Not enough sleep at night mah....

    Out of curiosity, I have tried to check the TNB contact number via their web side. Very impressive .... many information on the Kedai Tenaga's office location & contact. So, I tried calling one of them. The reply I get was, 'Minta maaf, nombor yang anda dail telah ditukar .......'

    So, I randomly called a few more. No answer lagi ...

    Wah ... I betul betul salute to whoever incharge of this TNB web site. When I called up the HQ to enquire about the validity of the website, one malay lady answered, "Oh.. banyak yang sudah tukar". My goodness .... we are paying for this service provider, and this is what we get ????

    Hello TNB, please la .... wake up la & do something la !! Ini sudah tahun 2004. Tahun 2005 sudah mau mali oh ......

    Before we start to point fingers at other company who do not update the number, we better start by updating ours first.

    Guys, I finally managed to pay my updated bill at the Subang Square office by giving them my actual meter reading.

    You know what - according to the TNB record, the last bill was prepared on the 11/06/04 , and I have never receive it . And guess what happen if I do not make payment to the bill which I do not receive. Definately my total lumpsum bill would be bigger, and TNB may possible require me to increase my deposit as well. So, who is at fault here ?????? Afterall I am a good pay master - my record can proof it.

    BTW, luckily, this thing doesn't happen frequently. Thanx to TNB also la

    tnb bill

    this same thing happened to me .. tnb prepares the bill early but then they deliver later when the outstanding is big they send a red notice to increase the deposit ..saying that they cut the supply if we do not pay.. they have some stupid peraturan which they do not prvide any details... just imagine cutting the supply just bcos we do not pay the increase of deposit.. i too pay the bills regularlyy.. the problem they r the only utility supplying elect.
    thats the problem no competition so anything they say goes..
    but like everything else here consumers r told to shut up and follw
    thier so called peraturan...
    same with touch and go card at least last time we can top the card at some toll booths like elite.. but now they have closed it
    i assumeing this but i thinkl they want us to top thru maybank and pay the 50cts service fee they wnat to make money at every oppportunity... but this what happens when one system monopolise a situation...

    as i said b4 consumers are never heard.
