Forum Rules w.e.f. June 28, 2004

We have put together a set of Forum Rules to help ( 1 ) Forum Members observe basic Netiquettes ( 2 ) Moderators/ Administrators better manage the Forums.

Please read the details which are permanently published via a special link on the header of this page.

The rules are based on references to a number of public forums, including e-democracy.org.

The Forum Rules shall apply in concurrence with the Terms and Conditions one had agreed to upon signing up as a Forum Member in www.USJ.com.my.
