Yesterday morning when I walked into the MRT, the seat in the cabin was fully occupied. Later, a foreign worker got up and gave me his seat. I was so moved, and said thank you to him.
After sitting down, I quietly recite the Gratitude Hymn and visualised the Sun to bless him to have a joyful day. After three stations, I saw him smiling at me and waved, he is getting off. I also responded with a thumbs up. I believed he must have received my wishes. I do hope that his good moral behaviour would bring a lot of joy for him.
This proved that the love and gratitude I transmitted can be received by him. Hence I strongly believed whatever good energy we transmit from our heart could also be received by the universe and in return bestow us with more love and gratitude energy induced with many happy feelings in our memory.
Every little good action and behaviours, care and concern for others in our everyday life could turn into a beautiful scene. It is a joyful experience, all the energy of love will be conveyed into our body and mind, or even be stored in our soul memory with the feeling of joy for the day. With a grateful attitude, love energy can also be radiated from our heart in blessing others.
Everyone's thinking is different, the knowledge of learning is different, the cause of life is different from the encounters of good and bad luck. In chapter 7 to 14 of The Fountain of Healing book, Master Sun mentioned: Healing involves treatment and repair. Due to the incompleteness in past lives, the unfinished business will become lessons in our healing process. The main objective of self-healing is the deep healing of our soul.
No matter how many difficult years of living we have survived through till now if we still encounter many problems and suffering in our daily life, that means we had not got to the source of the problems, hence not able to apply with the correct remedy methods in improving our life.

Last night we were reading and discussing chapter 13 to 14 of The Fountain of Healing. In chapter 14, we realized that we are the Master of our own destiny. We are the compilation of many essences in the Universe, and also the beneficiary of the abundant positive energy.

In this Fountain of Healing book, Master Sun reveal to us how our soul function and how it affects us in our daily life. In chapter 18, he mentioned: The problem encountered in life is the recurrence of past traumas.
Whatever problems or beneficially we have experienced in life are an issue of positive energy and negative energy. If we can identify the causal factor, the underline story behind each encountered, we will realize and understand there were some previous relationship that links to it. 16. Love and gratitude accomplish what we could not full fill in the past
In the Fountain of Healing book, (chapter 17-20). Master Sun mentioned that in our past and present life, the soul will carry many negative data in the memory. When we come to this life unconsciously from the past, there are actually a lot of negative data and substantial trauma waiting to be actively healed.
Self-healing is to be able to do some exchanges between positive energy and negative energy, retain only what is needed and discard all the undesired.
