Last week went to MPSJ to submit my objection on the Local Draft Plan 2035 on the change of land use from Recreational to Commercial to turn Subang Ria Park into high rise commercial lots. Also found out the amnesty period to legalise your unapproved renovation ends on 31st December 2018. The response can be considered poor. Wonder whether they will ease out their compliances to make it easier and cheaper for straight forward plans which form the bulk of the estimatef 30,000 renovations under MPSJ jurisdiction.
