    Steel wok where ah?

    I wanna throw away all my ceramic, non stick, Teflon, donnowatmaterialamajig wok and even pots... So where can I buy a good quality steel and and more importantly, where can I get it nicely seasoned.. I dont mind paying a fee for such wok seasoning/breaking in service... So any idea where ah? Thanks

    Heard that all you need is a big piece of lard to do that. Heat the pot to as hot a possible, then run that piece of lard around it and let it cool. Do not wash with soap.

    saw a few Wok seasoning 'tutorials' in YouTube...some contradicted each other.
