It seems like there are quite a lot of unknowns about why some people advertise their medical condition on a public forum like this usj.com...

Since the 20 min warming down period after a 5km slow jog is pretty boring, I took the liberty to try to explore and if possible find an equation (which I suspect is non-linear, likely binomial or can be polynomial) to the various unknowns.

Here it goes…

If α and β are the roots of the unknowns which can be expressed in a quadratic equation aX² + bX + c = 0
So, sum of roots, α + β = - b/a , Product of roots, αβ = c/a

From the sum of roots and the products of roots, the discriminant of the equation can be found and is expressed as b² – 4ac

When the discriminant is larger than 0, i.e. b² – 4ac > 0, there will be MORE THAN TWO distinct roots or in other words there are multiple unknowns to the thread topic.

When the discriminant is equal to 0, i.e. b² – 4ac = 0, there will be ONLY TWO equal roots or in other words we can narrow down the thread topic to only two unknowns.

Errrr... I dont understand the root of your equation. But the root point is that we have many known unknowns which are inherently and also astra-dimensionally rooted to a universal known unknown.
