Gaining sympathy? Whatever for? Unless you can give donation, then it might be a different cerita. Then I can earn interest which would be my interesting to have a donor in my personal account. BTW, no strangers would give RM1 unless I have them in thier interest or they owed me favors and merely returning thier gratitude.

Here is 1 cerita pelik tapi benar where he was throwing money in the public to gain help and attention. http://www.scmp.com/news/china/socie...lp-right-money

A schoolmate who was also a medical detailer had cardiac arrest and died two years ago. He was driving his daughter to KLIA from Ipoh after the semester college break but checked into Subang hotel after the tiring trip. If he had checked into SJMC hospital, he might be alive.

Probably he felt the journey was a bit tiring and the symptoms of heart attack did not occur to him as he was healthy 54 years old. Ironic he was dealing with cardiovascular drugs and contrast media in angiogram procedures. But then sometime the initial symptoms were too mild to raise any alarm bells. Or probably he had felt something uneasy where he decided not to stress himself to return back to Ipoh in that condition.

Another classmate who did not smoke or drink also had a heart attack and passed on suddenly.

I dun know whether it is a good suggestion for those in the 50's but I had nirtoglycerin at my disposal where it had probably saved my life. It works by relaxing the blood vessels and increasing the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart. It is a life saver when you are experience sudden blockage. Check with your medical doctor as it is only available under prescription.

Otherwise, try to shake your legs like those mahjong players if you are at usj,com surfing and posting for long period. And if you have chest pain or discomfort, cough aloud. Then check into any hospital immediately.

Not all my friends. Only 3 of them unfortunately died of heart failure. You should be in IJN to see how many less than Hawaii 5 old club members being admitted in CCU.

Many are still dining, drinking and partying all nite long. From monthly dinner and ended up at Zouk doing hip hop till 3 in the morning. One of them just got married last year at 54 years old with a young hottie.

worst kinda way to go...I have always maintained that badminton is bad for health!
Some1 sent me a video where a cock is furiously pecking and mounting a fat hen... after a rather rush & hectic 'action', it dismounts, staggers a bit in circle and promptly drops dead....the fat hen merely throws disdain look .

Anyway, the moral of this cock & hen story is related t what my 80+yr old VVIP Doc and buddy told me donkey years ago:
"The best death is like dropping dead while making passionate love to a gorgeous hottie..."

Yeah! tell that to that dead cockerel.

Tails of Shuttlecock and Cockerel or Tales of Bedminton and Badminton?

IMHO, it is better to be stone cold with heart attack than strike by stroke paralysis of mouth, arms and limbs. It could be a living hell being half baked or dead.

Some of high risks factors are those who are smoking, obese and over 50 years old. And for those who is on the usj.com key board room for extended time or those flying or driving for a long time in sitting position. The blood clots would travel to the heart which gives you heart attack or to the brain where you would have stroke. Preventive measure would be shaking your legs as the swelling of the legs because of water retention can be reduced.

So you could either be struck by lightning, sitting or die standing.

Yang Benar dan Pernah Jatuh Sakit Jantung 5 tahun lalu sebab tarak gonyang kaki ketika main usj.com.my lama lama dari siang malam. Nasib Baik Cepat Sampai IJN.

Sekarang selalu gonyang kaki semasa online or on the road driving for long time. So, dun worry be happy by shaking your legs to stay alive.

A general Q likely to be asked If a Boleh person do not have any medical insurance. Any1 know d answers? Some1 asked me and I dont have a heartbeat of an idea...
    1. How much would an angiogram cost?
    2. How much would an angioplasty cst?
    3. How much would a cardiologist charge for the above consultancy?
    4. How much would the same cardiologist charge if a surgery is needed?

We know each case is different. And a shoplot GP in PJ oldtown can also do an openheart surgery for a $ong. The operation might be successful but the patient dies...Ooops! So, aKind of ballpark answer would be Ok i guess.

    Hasta la vista baby!

A friend of mine did the angiogram and angioplasty with a stay at ICU (1 night) and hospital single room (4 nights) in 2016 at SJMC due to a heart attack, cost his insurance company abt RM29-30k. I don't have the cost breakdowns..

    2. If you have cardio risk (medium), the LDL spec should be less than 3.4 mmol/L.
    3. Once you have cardiovascular problem, you should control LDL to be less than 2.6 mmol/L.

To determine whether you are in (1) or (2), do a CT angiogram to check the coronary artery calcium score and possible blockage of arteries. This is a CT imaging test that looks at the arteries which supply blood to your heart. The coronary artery calcium score is a measurement of the amount of calcium in the walls of the heart arteries. It is a good measurement of the degree of hardening of the artery wall.

If calcium score is very low (almost zero), then can skip the CT scan for blockage because it is highly unlikely there is any blockage once the calcium deposits at heart arteries is zero. Do this every 5 years if above 50 years old for low risk group. My latest CT angiogram was done last year, the calcium score is zero.

The CT angiogram is around RM4000 (two years ago) at SJMC, Ara Damansara. It is a daycare procedure and not cover by insurance.
