No surprise. More to come. The pipe should have been changed long ago. They only know how to reap profits and neglecting maintenance. This happen to all agencies. Very sad indeed! Management by crisis.

I already said it sometime ago, its very expensive to maintain and upkeep this country. Deterioration, weathering and other than compromised materials used past and present, will take its toll when the time comes. With unavoidable or uncontrollable rising cost import of materials and labor, even more expensive as time goes on. Even exterior paint on buildings, however best up to date technology will last 5 years and will look like shit when the time comes. This isn't any excuse, its just the actual trend. Compromise on materials and labor, it takes its toll even faster than repeating tape recorder.

That reminds me, not too long ago there was a U turn just further up UMW Toyota on Jalan Kemajuan Subang. The persistent problem was the patch of road kept deteriorating and pot holed after weathering and heavy use, especially heavy vehicles making U turn and damaging the road surface. It would not last 6 months after repairs. Then MPSJ resurfaced it with some latest technology tarring that would last a long time and resistant to weathering. Look at it today. Already deteriorating and potholed. Very soon its back to square 1. When I drove into Klang (some outskirt roads leading into town) full of road works, terrible condition roads and obstacles, made worse by flash floods. Subang Jaya roads is probably a dream compared to Klang roads. Sorry if gone a little OT, but its about local upkeep culture. People have no choice but to tolerate ongoing disruption and facility issues. If not water, its electricity.

No cut too in my place. If it happens again, I'm buying TOTO! It's twice in a row. Announced cut but water continued flowing.
