Position: Administration Officer
Location: USJ 21 Subang Jaya (near to Main Place & LRT Station)
Start Date: early Jan 2017

Requirements:

1) Computer Literate - Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Email

2) Willing to learn and able to work independently

3) Good spoken English

4) Completed SPM or equivalent

5) Those with working experience will be preferred

6) Possess own transport

Job Description
---------------

1) Process Sales Orders, pack the items for sale and prepare sales invoices

2) Prepare Sales Report and Update Stock records

3) Update payment received records in the bank statement

4) Assist in the running of training/seminar

5) Attend to customer inquiries through the phone

Benefits/Salary

1) Salary range RM1800 to RM2000 depending on qualifications and relevant work experience
2) Five day week (Mon to Fri), Work hours: 10.00am to 5.00pm, Lunch 1.00pm to 2.00pm
3) Subsidised car season parking if drive to work
