Property is still above the "reasonable" price", and most of my favourite stocks are still freaking expensive by my standard. .
I want to see MAJOR correction, better still a "meltdown"..

The US Federal Reserve much awaited rate hike in the coming Dec will be a bad news to local stock market .. although the impact may likely be sheltered by your 1gomen sovereign wealth funds.
I noticed one foreign bank here has reintroduced a principal- guaranteed 5% annual rate investment product. Current FD rate in most foreign banks is around 2.75% to 2.90%..
This 5% rate is attractive to no money old man like me...so that I don't need to complain about price of cooking oil, hawker food, etc...

Depending on which Genting mountain you wanna to climb. Since MaMak era, Genting has been fearful when others are greedy that it gone overdrive to divest in other countries mountains where they started to climb in Europe ( which they are the biggest banker now in Baccarat ) and now in New York and Florida jackpots Coast to Coast landscaping. And they are Genting Hills in Philipines, Hong Kong and Singapura islands too where Pai Gow are being played.
Probably unknown to many, Genting has thousands of acres of land plantations in Malaysia and Indonesia. They also have ships sand private aircraft jetting operations.
