iSayman, I have ducked his bullets before and after I have been resurrected from plantations but did not chicken out . He may be bad at times with some ugly truths but it is all good confrontation to me.

At least he did not being up close and personal with four letter words or make wild accusation or imaginations.like the red shirts fellas day and night.

And that is important in the public forum in nicks or differ views where the spirit of sharing, exchanging and engaging opinion which is judgment, or statement that may or not conclusive. It may deal with subjective matters in which there is no conclusive finding. And if I find any post that is unacceptable, i just ignore it at best. That is my talisman to the haunted devil or nicks in disguise.

What I posted here are my ideas, standpoints or viewpoints which is 1 man meat is another man poison though the food of my thoughts are intended healthy, yet tasty impressions.

Long long time ago some 1 branded me that I was being ungrateful to my ex employer because I posted links of materials that is damaging over some products. That was very personal and insulting which was unacceptable because I was just a messenger to share the ugly truths which was not rebutted by him or the company we worked for. Most of all, let it be known that down the record in the forum I had expressed my appreciations for the company for training and empowering my life working experiences with some fine colleagues and superiors there when I was just a puppy. Then I grew up to be a genius stout bull dog facing the world of people and animals in the concrete jungle from Ipoh Mali to KL and New York.

The silent majority or the loud minority shall not determined the fate of the nicks in the public forum. Let's be mature where each individual can have the rights to decide and jury what is not right or wrong in the public forum.

So that is my cooking view.......where banarama should not be served not by Amen or Iman one unless it has crossed the line where laws are broken with evidence presented to the accused and he or she shall be given the chance to prove it otherwise. Barulah Public Listed Forum and not Sendiri Berhad Forum.

It wasn't me either, BUT I should have, as I was 'attacked' with words that were subsequently expunged/edited due to its malicious nature

I am glad that there is a silent majority here who are saying that 'Enough Is Enough'.....This community Forum should not be destroyed by the antics of someone that can lead to distress all around

From all his posts, I find him knowledgeable and a positive contributor to the forum

When comments are made, I like to weight the good and the bad together and the overall benefits.

Like for example ....I know of this one particular Forum where members who 'break the rules' get banned, accept their guilt and come back with a change OR they stay away for good!.......But then this is not always so,....... there is this one weird case of a member who has been 'Reprimanded & Banned 27 times'..... and yet keeps coming back, no change, unabated in motive or intent,.... and yet choose to justify their repeated presence.....

Some people equate freedom of speech synonymous with customer is always right. But I think it is almost always a bad idea to perish in defense of this right.

But why then should we assume a blanket obligation to die in defence of a strangers' rights especially one with countless nicks to speak of when they could easily remain silent?

I have indeed stopped counting after hitting 20. Though I disapprove of what he is saying or not saying, I will defend to the death his right to say it. But like the proverbial cat, he has just said his 9th comment. Let him be banished and I will sleep in peace.

If you all read me recent arguments with him, I came forward to say or admit openly its me, it was me or its directed at me and he insist I'm the one so sensitive and rasa pedas kena chilli. Well, if its believed its me, then so be it..I admit openly. Nothing wrong with that and nothing to hide.

This is a Community Forum....open to the Public....people of All Ages.....There has to be some form of decorum and acceptable behavior amongst participants.

Activity should be based on discussion of interest to the community, and all other FUN stuff..... and ALL & NEW participants should be encouraged to be active.....not pounced upon by the local bully, and cheered on by salivating gang members .....who have made this pristine forum into a private den, used as a locale to frolic upon their fantasies, and dreams of grandeur.

I look to Low Yat forum where its all sorts of people, all sorts of discussion that could be silly to fun to intellectual discourse. Its possibly among the most active and among the largest participation in this country. I've been a member for more than a decade and seen it grow from virtually nothing to what it is now. I don't participate often as I've found its becoming less and less of interest to me and surely I have a more interesting life outside the internet. Forumers can always gang up as they may have found and share a common ground, common interests and passion. There's no need to imply anyone is this, anyone is that on a personal basis, just stick to the topic. Just engage on the topic. I don't think I've read anyone use terms like "simpleton" there.

Just to clarify, the person who complained happened to write a comprehensive statement which i thought should be shown so that it shows that there are people who do feel disgusted with the antics of Rhiga. Otherwise I am accused of being the single mod who disliked Rhiga and that I constantly picked on him.

By the way, I do not know who is the person who PM-ed me. He/she was using a new userid. I am sure it is an old member but under a new userid. Of course the userid who PM the complaint was none of your nick on this thread. But if any of you have a 2nd nick, I would not know too. I did a IP check and it doesnt match anyway.

Let it be clear that our rules were created after one episode in the past whilst Jeff was in charge and I was just handed the reigns to moderate the Forum. That episode had a troll attacking another member and in the past we allowed for total freedom and rights to express oneself. However that episode got on pretty badly. Hence we had to impose rules of etiquette to disallow a free-for-all. PCYeoh should know of that episode (which was so long ago, we shall not discuss here mainly because most of the current batch of members weren't around then)

Therefore with the rules on good behaviour guidelines drawn out, my job as a mod had always been based on that FIRST before the right to say whatever one likes in the Forum. Rhiga and others (now banned) have violated that "netiquette" rule countless times. This is not picking on Rhiga. In fact I was on a cordial and friendly email discussion with him before he decided to be Speeg. I had told him where I draw the line and he knows the rule, yet he chose to defy me... what can I say?

Naka, let me explain what i understand by Kuma's post. He was referring to the members who support Rhiga (i suppose he meant Jan, Naka who said Rhiga should stay; whilst PC is on the fence) and were then trying to figure out who complained to me.

I have explained my decision as the Mod. No need to dwell on the "gang" or the "snitch"
