Measure your PSA if you are over 50.

If some of you find urinating incomplete or need to go toilet very often, go check your prostrate. Enlarged prostrate causes it to press against the kidneys, making you want to go toilet. Also the doctor can check for PSA levels. It is a marker for prostrate cancer so good to ask doc to check.
I am not a doctor but in Australia, my doctor will check for it and I want to share with my Friends in USJ. Com.my

Frequency in urinating is also an indication of diabetes......which is less scarier than prostate cancer. To be safe, check for both.

Frequent urination may be symptoms of many diseases or things. It is better to be diagnosed by doctors with tests. Don't play play.... with 1 ringgit Malaysia.

Even diabetes can leads to many serious consequences if left unchecked. It many leads to sexual dysfunction, blindness, heart disease and........ risk of cancer too.

Some of the abnormal urination problems may be due to (1) if you are pregnant. (2) Urinary tract infection (3) Sexually transmitted diseases. (4) Bladder ful infection or dysfunction, (5) prostate dysfunction or enlargement. (6) kidney too....if it is damaged.

There is also Honeymoon cystitis is the term for a UTI that often occurs after sexual activity. A few women get a UTI frequently after sexual activity (honeymoon or not). Sexual activity can push infecting bacteria into the urethra resulting in an infection. Women with a diaphragm placed for birth control are at a higher risk for UTIs.

I checked in for pre diabetic treatment as my body weight to height was too high and my grandparents had diabetes . End of the day, going thru the therapy, courtesy of Aussie government, it is diet and exercise. Very important to have 3 serves of vegs and fruits a day! And reduce the other carbo. They say heart disease and diabetes are a rich man's disease. I was asked to walk as much as possible, even park my car further from my destination so as to get more walking into my daily routine. Life is very funny, when I can afford most things, it has lost its lustre. Good news is that vegs are still cheap but fruits in Ss15 and Usj cost a lot. My weekly shopping of fruits only are $100 for a family of 3. It is a shame as we have too many middleman. The fruit shops nowadays are air Cond and even my maid from the Philipines says it is too expensive.

Yes, urinary infection in men can be due to prostrate problems. I am reading a book on prostrate as it is also heiditary in my family. Not finished the book yet BUT dieting and exercise reduces the diease. End of the day, all the signals is telling me to not eat so much and move our bums. Not easy.

As for diabetes , CARBO and carbonated drinks is the word. Rice to bread being carbohydrates if not being burned with adequate exercise would converted into sugar. That is why I stated Carbonated drinks .......like 100 Plus. Unless you are running a marathon, 100 Plus cans consumption are gonna to add extra sugary marking in the glucose reading.

my urologist started to measure my PSA since 2009..
    2009 - 0.59
    2010 - 0.60
    2011 - 0.60

since it is very low, he now measure it every two years, my latest PSA is still below 0.7

I started to do all these things early, before 40 years old. most people will only do when they have symptoms or when they are old...

Life is good.... Things I can afford and enjoy now still full of lustre ...
