FYI, I went into DATAPRP and queued it at 57cts this morning, when I got it, I queued to sell at 62cts & went to gym.

Half way before 11am, I checked my Sale Orders and found it was SOLD.

    Unbelievable...abt 8.6% return under 2 hrs.
I think it is individual's characters that influence the risk taking appetite.

I have no patience to look at extra few cents gain although the percentage gain can be good. I can't stand the anxiety or stress dealing with such quick ups and downs.

I buy stocks which have fallen more than 30% in price, keep them and sell them when the price reached my target.

This approach work for me. I'm ok to buy such stock even if it is pricey. I bought petronas dagangan at RM15 and sold them at RM18 and RM21 before, for example.

One thing that I always appreciate about Hong Kong Airport and Immigration is this:-

All you need is half an hour from the landed plane, Immigration clearance & when you come out, your luggages are circling on the carousel.

Just found an authentic Malaysian foods in Cafe Malacca in the Western District.

Excellent but it is a lot more expensive than KL. eg Chicken Rice, HKD $118 or RM $66.00

Most Malaysian foods are available, roti canai, teh tarik but the prices

I have copies of the menu n will post them under foods

The latest requirements for purchase of apartments in Hong Kong is like this:-

    1. Max Bank Loan 50%.
    2. Minimum down payment is 50%.
    3. Extra Stamp duty foreigners.

So if you say looking for a HKD $20 millions apartment, you have to come out with cash HKD $10 millions ( RM $5.7 millions) plus plus.
