Sorry,yesterday is not a happy day for me . Drive to Melaka early to grade my 6 degree Takwondo, one slip and kick torn my ligament or muscle ( suspected ) .Today need to see a orthopaedic surgeon. Any suggestion guys

These small lobsters are farmed in the Yangtze river at Wuhan(武汉).
