I don't think so. Sunday I was in IKEA, the crowd was madness even opening times as it was sales. I had to park opposite the shopping complex even at 1030am!

You can gauge distances to your intended destination by looking closely at Google Earth. I used to do this when I sort of researched my journey to some place I'm not familiar going by LRT.
I could easily estimate the actual distance my home to the nearest station by using the distance feature at Google Earth.

I rather do my own research and form my own solution like using Google Earth or other resources rather than waiting for solutions or answers from forums. A forum is the last place I would ask for answers unless its already there. Replys are not always instant if I need an answer fast. Do you see me asking random questions here? I don't think so or extremely rare.

    Ya, you have a point...

Sometimes, some talk cock fellas simply hantam with a misleading answer and this completely deplete the purpose of providing helpful answer.. People may go to holan because of such irresponsible answer !!

Luckily, they are always someone who correct these sort of misleading answer in the forum..

I've been hearing grouses from hearsay that at peak or rush hours, its lacking to high expectations and crammed with people, maybe even worse than bigger cities with millions in population.
Yes, its all a blessing its nearer to keeping up but too late and still not there. I was sitting on KL Monorail at Bukit Bintang at 8.30pm.. still FULL with people and most get off at Hang Tuah Interchange to Star LRT. KL monorail better step it up and have more coaches and a frequency of below 3 minutes. Its not very pleasant wait or ride. I can only imagine if there were glitches or some serious breakdown. Rapid KL better step up the game FAST! There's money to be made and no excuse in delivering to highest expectation. Malaysians have waited long enough!

The information is not misleading but outdated, you certainly can walk across from Kl Sentral to the monorail station across Jalan Tun Sambathan. That was the way for years before they build the bridge from Nu Sentral in 2013. Anyone who can take Internet posting like the gospel truth don't have a brain. Anyone who expect Internet poster to post up to date and 100% accurate information is disillusional.

It is ok if you think posting outdated info to forum is not misleading, you are entitled to your opinion..

Few years ago, someone posted in this forum that he is going to australia because the oil and gas sector there is booming and he wanted to get a slide of the pie in project management. He even asked forumers to share what they know about O&G upstream in order to pull resources for future venture.. !!

Well, it turned out that it is just a talk cock thingy, he came back to malaysia empty handed. Some people have an illusion that they have what it takes to be a part of a rewarding industry and even before they get it, they already started to talk cock in a social forum.

And yes, you are right, we shouldn't take the internet postings as gospel truth because they are always people who like to talk cock... and I believe the above example is a good illustration.

GaryL, there you go again...you never changed. this will be your last warning.
I like Mt Bruce's comments...at least he shows he has compassion and understanding plus willingness to accept the other person as he is. This is the spirit of a community forum.

Wahahaha Bro, you really are "something else" ... tabik !!

Speaking of bananas ... KWChang, I still have not forgotten the first ever banana you gave me for "telling everyone in this forum that a certain MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL NO 1 cannot be trusted ... ", so now that I am kind-of-proven right ... how ? Sorry, I remember this one as I am very sore about this particular banana because I know this alleged fellow, worked for him before (not that he knows me from Adam coz I am just a coolie), and my conclusion then and now, was that he cannot be trusted, even US DOJ is agreeing ... albeit 3 years later hahahaha ...

You want to "pull back" this banana from the records .... currymee - 13Nov13 - accusations

Everyday is a good day for GOOD FOOD and a GOOD LAUGH
