Why is it so hard to sell used hospital bed?

Since my dad's passing, I have tried to sell the hospital bed, patient mover, Propad mattress, Air tubular mattress and an electric wheelchair. All of them are either not used or only used for less than 2 weeks. even at 50% off the new price, I have not gotten a single inquiry.

no head no tail, how do you expect ppl to advise you? at least tell us where you advertise and what price you are asking, so experience sellers can give you suggestion or opinion whether it's effective , or whether it is reasonable priced or any other pointers.

Here in USJ forum, in Mudah.com and Facebook. Anyway, have returned the items to supplier for a huge loss. What's left is the electric wheelchair.
