Hi all. I live on the second floor of an apartment building. Both my toilets started gurgling when someone from some other unit flushes. That was a few months ago. Now the toilets sort of explodes out water from the toilet bowls.

I have reported to the management but they said that it is not their issue and that I need to get my own plumber to fix them. I have tried many of the suggested ways on the internet but to no avail.

Anyone can recommend a plumber ?
