This is a popular seafood meal in the Hokuriku (北陸) region of Japan. Can't remember the exact name.

Raw crab meat with raw egg, fire is underneath the pot. Once the raw egg is boiled, mix it with the crab meat and of course accompany with beer or sake...

Recommended for people who are seriously lack of cholesterol...
