So why do those people just park by the roadside obstructing the now narrow "U" turn? And that pedestrian crossing lights goes RED at all the wrong times. Why can't they just build an overhead pedestrian walk?

Drive to the main road in front of Stanchart on Sunday morning, you will see two third of the road is being transformed to parking lots because of the stupid pasar pagi. I believe this stupidity of parking on the road is sanctioned by mpsj to facilate the pasar pagi because I have never seen any enforcement by mpsj to nail those who park vehicles on the road !!
Further away from SJ.... Sometimes, I will drive to Setia CityMall to buy pastry from my favorite bakery there. Despite parking is foc in this shopping mall (first 3 hours on weekdays is free), plenty of no-brainers still park their vehicle along the road side obstructing traffic !!
