Only 8 car owners may have learnt some lesson, how about countless other inconsiderate and heartless motorists?, they never seem to learn anything do they? Even saman doesn't seem to do the trick!

    This will work......
Tow it away to a holding center and compulsory hold there for 1 day for the first , 2 days for the second , 3 days for the third offence ....etc. before being release . No fines needed , just some towing fees would do . It would not work if donation is accepted.....again...
Does msj have the balls to impose this....nay nay...middle finger ....

MPSJ has only one miserable tow truck (contracted I think), have seen around Taipan at lunch time. Go look at the amount of cars park illegally along the main road facing Std Chartered, Public Bank as well as the main road facing Victoria Station. How many can they tow? Go look outside Subang Parade as well during lunch time and count how many 'BIG CARS' have turned the left side lane into a FOC car park.

Ah!.. I observed at noon late last week, one MPSJ female officer was cordoning up 30m stretch on the mainroad outside Public Bank. I came back to Subang, passed the same road to home, the cordon disappeared, I think it was for just 2 hours during lunchtime. But just as bad is the road outside Victoria/Mayban..always people park on the curb and cars do occasionally get towed, but only morning, later on?..repeat illegal parking. Maybe all banks should be moved to some industrial location away from shopping areas, then highly policed for general safety. Crime can be so brazen you can get robbed at the ATM..who knows.. anything is possible! I'm just suggesting some mere drastic measure..no offence to those who may find things getting difficult in this era.
Another huge problem is at school entrance at some places at USJ/SUBANG. The way some of these very irresponsible parents park, double triple park block and bottleneck more than HALF the road should all be towed and saman heavily for traffic flow obstruction. EVERYDAY like this! They think its their grandfather's road and all other motorists don't pay road tax! I put my middle finger up today to one idiot parent who created a bottleneck and jammed the traffic flow!
Petrol maybe cheaper today but its NOT my trend to waste petrol at a jam created by one or a few blardi inconsiderate parents. Petrol can cost 20sen a gallon, I WILL NOT WASTE such resource just because its cheap or cheapest!

Yes, I suppose nobody can dispute it is indeed a human right to wait for buses..

Here is the website of The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM).. http://www.suhakam.org.my/

Maybe you can report this violation of human right to them and see what they can do..

Last time, there was a forumer with a big tummy who was also a councillor or something like that with the name of rajiv. He posted to this forum that the MPSJ is going to “link online ” with JPJ in an effort to nail the traffic offenders who did not pay the summons !! This was easily like 5-6 years ago. Until now, nothing happened, life goes on as usual... and this big tummy fella is now an adun or something like that in bukit gasing !!

Also, when there is such thing called discount as big as more than 90% reduction on traffic summons, who wanna pay on time anymore ?? I think in future, discount is not attractive enough, lucky draw with grand price of a sleek german automobile is a must just to get people to pay the traffic summons... !!

Heavy fines is not the solution in this land, never was. Jail time probably is...PERIOD! Offenders have to learn the hard way too. Taxi and bus services need a total overhaul. I don't need to mention the rest...it can be obvious.

Shame them, show all as**hole drivers still lurking around, the lawless, the stubborn, the inconsiderate, and best of all..show that we're far from a civilized culture.
People think they're right as long as they're not caught. People think they own the road. People think they can do what they like.
I don't know if these "offenders" know they're publicly exposed here. Maybe they do but act as if nothing happened. Even if they don't offend, there'll be many others who will someday, somewhere. Just that the tendency of offences is high and fines do not make anyone learn anything. Can get discount summore.. Even assassination can happen in broad daylight. This is NOT "a complaint". This is the reality we may bear witness day in day out in this busy rat race valley.
Anyway, I take my hat off to ungkb for his free time, effort of close observation, take down details and to post incidents here for quite a long time now. I'm NOT saying I support or appreciate this. He wants to do it for some purpose, its his liberty in an open public forum.
