Kempen balik kampung, rumah selamat

We used to see SJ Alert help to collect the request for the above kempen, is this service still available for this year Balik Kampung?

"For the coming CNY, we urge residents who are going away to sign up with us for our Balik Kampung, Rumah Selamat programme. We will have personnel check on your house at least once a day while you are away," OCPD ACP Tuan Yahaya Bin Ramli of IPD Subang Jaya has committed.

Well folks, I must say snd apologise that for the past few years, SJ Alert had not been assisting our polis to rally the general public to participate in this campaign. We used to launch the campaign for Raya and Chinese New Year for many years until 3 years back. May be we need fresh blood with community spirit to run SJ Alert back to its glorious days.

Anyway, those who want the police to Ronda their areas can go to the nearest balai to fill up a form. Our OCPD has committed to allocate his men to patrol your area while you are away. May be we can revamp SJ Alert and re launch the BKRS effectively come next year.

Thanks PC Yeoh for the clarifications. Hopefully we can see SJ Alert re launch this campaign in the coming year. It will definitely encourage people to participate in this BKRS campaign.
