    Rugby World Cup 2015

In less than 12 hours, the All Blacks and the Wallabies will be meeting FOR THE FIRST TIME in a RWC Final. Both are 2 times ex-Champs, but amazingly have never met each other in a Final in the 28 year history of the RWC.

At stakes are the honour of being the first team to be a three time Champion, and for New Zealand, the added incentive of becoming the first team to retain the World Cup.

Unfortunately I cancelled my Astro subscription some time ago, so I'm probably going to miss seeing this Live tonight. Any Rugby fan in Subang Jaya willing to host an informal get together?

I have seen a couple of time rugby being played between two competing teams on the USJ 12 soccer field. But I have no idea where they came from. I had played rugby during my school days. It looks like it is not a popular game in Malaysia. I was make to believe that women love to watch the game. They love the manliness of the game and the grabbing and shoving made them fantasise. I may be wrong. I think it the same feeling as the men when they watch the beauty contest. Ooops, I may be wrong again. I have been following the run up of this rugby Match of the Century between these 2 big boys. I am roosting for the All Black to win.

Both genders can have their personal reasons for loving (or complete indifference) to the sport.......

I won't call myself a hardcore Rugby Fan, but yea, I like the game a fair bit - more than any other sport, in fact. Played it, loved it, 'nuff said.

The rivalry between these two neighbours is second to none. The All Blacks are IMHO the masters in virtually every aspect of the game, and in test matches, practically invincible. However, the Aussies somehow have this knack of rising to the occasion in a crucial big match. So while the bets are on the New Zealanders taking the William Webb Ellis trophy home, the Wallabies could (horrors!) create an upset. With both teams in fine form, this match has the makings of the best RWC Final ever!

I'm still hoping to find a way to see this Live streamed.....suggestions anybody?

Woh,Woh Woh, we have rugby fans here too.Every one loves the All Blacks for the Haka ritual before the match starts. Surprisingly Japan beat S.Africa aka Springbrooks.Being a loyal fan of All Blacks,I still have their original jersey of 20 years and still wearing it . This time my bet is on Wallabies.Go,Go,Go.Like must of them I also do not have Asstro

    Wow, what a Final!

None stop action, plenty of tries, impeccable penalty kicks, an exquisite drop kick, the palpable tension (albeit, brief) of a possible upset, all the elements of the Gentleman's game played in true competitive sporting spirit without descending into any maliciousness.......this will be touted as the best Rugby match ever for a long, long time.

I'm lucky to have not missed it, and privileged to have shared it in the company of some fine USJ forumers......Thanks again, guys!

I read this somewhere: Football is a gentlemen's game played by hooligans whereas rugby is a hooligan's game played by gentlemen.

pcyeoh, don't say lydat lah. It was an ad hoc thing, I just made new friends in USJ because we happened to be Rugby fans.
