Ok ok..surely you've read my age ole tunes and maybe think I only know how to "complain". So be it if its viewed as nothing else but a "complaint". Maybe the local mindset define "complaint" as simply meaning as something you do not want to read or hear and only good things are to be heard, anything else is a "complaint" whether its part of any forum or being vocal in some kopitiam gathering.

So?.. I have randomly hint, write or assert my view that "everything is going up" is obviously based on general consensus, fact and bear witness as to what is currently going on, whether other people are vocal about it, doesn't matter.
What goes through my mind is questions of the means to an end to this woe.
    1) Change the government? I don't know if its the means to an end. Anyone can guess or reckon what could happen next? I've no answer, don't even dare to think.
    2) Change people in the government with people who can do magic or something miraculous? Anyone one can think off?..Highly possible miracles must be performed with great results in a short time..A.S.A.P?
    3) Jump ship and migrate to another better place since here is towards doomland?
    4) Just tolerate it out and maybe another 10-20 years more to live..but then?..I cringe at the thought of our offspring's future here and the kind of future they may face? could be far worse than now, pessimistically speaking?

    5) Ignore what I've written above and think of it as pure nonsense. Go buy 4d, Lottery and hope to strike big..other day someone struck 30mil!...good for him.

No point and benefit slamming, slurring and blaming this regime or governance for all sorts from their perceived evil, scandals, under performance, stupidity, or other past acts or not living up to expectations. WE NEED SOLUTIONS FAST!..ASAP! if in the best interest of the future of this land. WHAT? WHAT? WHAT?

How much can RM10 buy nowadays? I bottle of LOCAL MADE kicap is now around the RM5/bottle. LKK (Hong Kong product) soy sauce is also around that price or maybe more. At China..the price is 40% less. Bottle of LOCAL made jam is Rm7-8 bucks. add abit more you may buy century old factory jam imported all the way from Scotland.. HOW LEH? And this is BEFORE most recent price increases. MALAYSIANS are paying most for a lot of goods and no wonder we have nearly no savings when golden years. I want to replace my shoes by buying BATA shoes.. How much? RM80 to RM200+! and RM80 types won't last very long. I can't afford Rm150 shoes..sorry! At the moment I wear sandals most of the time, nearby I wear Rm6.90 sandals from Speedmart99. Believe it!

Tell me?..if like this, very good news ah?

Lee , I agree with you on no. 3 & 5. Last week I was in Singapore, the fish ball noodles with 6 fish ball cost only S$ 2.50.In a supermarket , a slab of BBQ ribs S$11.So I thought of greener pasture for the me and younger generation.

i use the MyRapid card and saves me from hassle of queing up at crowded token ticket dispensers. Whether got or not fare discounts, promoted past or present, I really don't know, but felt its the same ole normal fare as buying the token.
I wish I could enjoy senior citizen fare now, since I'm nearing 60 but thats a few years more. I wish senior citizen age is 55 onwards but that don't seem to be the case.

Yes, there is a fare discount even on buses.

I didn't know about it until last two weeks when I took the rapidkl bus. At first, I paid by cash without any discount but then I saw a sticker on bus window (saying anyone can get discount by using card) while I was sitting on the chair so I decided to use touch n go card later on.

    There is another good news.

KTM, LRT, MRT fares are going to be integrated. I hope that 'integration' means having to pay one fare instead of multiple fares when changing different train system and not just link the stations together by a walking path.

Its integrated to some extent between Putra, Star LRT and Monorail if use MyRapid card. I think this card is a must have for any regular commuter. It beats any cue at token ticket machines. However, the card must be used within one year or else it may be electronically defunct. Same with Touch and Go.

The TnG card must be used at least once within the 365 days or else it will become obsoleted. It also applies even to a new card. Don't get barred entering the toll plaza due to this strange ruling blocking others behind you. You need to purchase a new card that will cost you RM5 and any balance will be transferred to the new card. You need to go to the TnG counter at PLUS office to do all this. If your balance is low, you may have to consider whether it is worth it.

There exist a logical workaround. All MyKad (IC) is with a T&G feature and wise to have a certain sum there. I also found out its indefinite or card lifetime, no "must use once a year policy. This can be used to T&G the toll or whatever in extreme case of emergency or in place of faulty/barred card. Logical? But then, best to also check the integrity of your MyKad, maybe too old or not in the best condition. Go check and kautim it.

Gomen says building the BRT KL-Klang line about 34kms long. Such a short distance on BRT Sunway Line from USJ7 to Sunway Pyramid cost RM4 one way, if based on BRT Sunway fare structure, the ticket from KL - Klang vice verse will easily cost more than RM20+ one way. So will you take or drive if RM40+ per day. Better wake up early and drive on the toll free routes

I used to use my Mykad for touch n go but then decided against it because if we lose our Mykad accidentally, the charge is more than RM 100 for replacement card and increases every time you lose it.

I've been trying out the free LRT stations almost every night around 7-8 pm.

The waiting time appears to have been reduced. I only have to wait an average of 5-7 minutes for the train to arrive. This is good news.

I had to wait a much longer time (average 10-15 minutes) for the old coaches to arrive in the past.

T&G function on Mykad is best used for emergencies only. If you keep taking it out everyday, higher chance of losing it
