    Looking for part-timer

    Hello everyone,
    my office is looking for retiree (whom wants to pass time) or mum (whom can't work full-time) to work as part-time admin asst. Flexi hours i.e. be it 3 days in a week or 1/2 day everyday (5 days week).... job scope~filing, typing, draft simple emails, do quotations, invoices.... do PM me if you wanna to explore this challenge

    the job scope was spelled out in my message above. pay will depend on the number of days work. mind if I ask if you are a local Malaysian? cos we only open for Malaysians. Cheers

    What about EPF and SOCSO? Are those factored in? Thanks.

    I could be wrong but I think that don't apply to part-time and temporary workers

    I thought you were wrong, as I recalled an amendment sometime back, so I checked it up .....However, I think many still flout it

    "The Employment Act has been amended to stipulate who a part-time worker is. We hope employers will not plead ignorance from now on,"

    "Employers must make EPF and Socso contributions for their part-time employees as long as they work between 30% and 70% of the number of hours put in by regular staff."
