If you have the time, why not? I think it is a good idea. While you are at it, a professional English course is also recommended.

I can provide some advice on the areas of ITIL as I am an ITIL trainer.

For ITIL Foundation level, you can study and get yourself certified during your college time. It can give you a head start in terms of understanding Service Management. ITIL is a best practices framework that is used by the IT out-sourcing industry (Dell, HP, IBM, etc). For the ITIL Intermediate levels, it is best to have related working experience before embarking on them.
