Indon buddies said Spore grass greener. Spore buddies said Malaise's grass greener. Oz buddies (angmo & excluding xmalaisens) said LOS greener. I also agree and say LOS grass lagi greener...From my well view, Looks like my southerner buddies are moving up north...

Of course, all these buddies got more than a few cent$ in their bank accts lah...All just wanna stretch 'em moolah longer & further with better & more fulfilling life experience...I seriously cant argue with that.
My postage garden grass is healthily green too and damn! Have to spend good money and/or energy to bloody trim 'em every so often. I feel like wanna brownise them once & for all...

Me think, the ideal bottomline is (if can afford), Split the 12mths out and go enjoy each quarter in diff hemisphere or region or country or area or hillside, lake side, beach side, metropolitan too*, No matter where, the grass will be green or brown or no grass... Kinda like a frog's view from the bottom of my cold well

*Note: It could also be at Paka. Baling. Puah Lima. Malau. Manik Urai. Lidah Buaya, Jeli dll tempat yg gan low cost expenses, without sacrificing luxe.

For Chinese idioms, you cannot get the answer from Google.

    井蛙不可语于海
It is impossible to talk to the frogs in the well about the sea
    夏虫不可语于冰
It is impossible to talk to the insects (that live only in summer) about the freezing conditions in winter

Therefore it is simply not possible to discuss subjects with people who have not experienced or have knowledge of the situation concerned
    or in other words,
with little knowledge or limited intellect, one cannot understand the truth

or put it even simpler, "katak di bawah tempurung" is probably the closest in the Malaysin context

I think your cardiologist can migrate anytime lah. That is the advantage of having a degree from Sydney University. Not so sure about degrees from the little dot. Don't be so cocky about your bp, in Malaysia, there are more things that can kill you, like getting knock down by a car while jogging, kidnapped or striked by lightning. For someone who never migrated before, you sure can tell a lot of stories, just cock and bull or hearsay or ask uncle google, which everyone can do, no need to post this thread. Maybe you should ask uncle Google how to spell opulent before hiding behind that nick, it is such a tragedy. Lol.

Still no reply about the "good degree" of your son that you cock and bull about it ?? or too malu to tell where the "good degree" is from ?? Hahahahaha...

Just curious (hope you don't mind), can you recognize your own name, your son name, your daughter name and your father & mother names written in your ancestral language.. ??? If the answer is no, then please be nice to uncle google. High chance you need uncle google although he may bring you to holan when translating your son/daughter/mother/father/etc names... LOL.

Oh.. yes, you are right about the cardiologist, he can go anywhere but he chose to stick around here (he is in late 50s now).... whereas some of the tom, dick and matt tried whole life to sneak into other places that don't belong to them... and some of these tom, dick and matt have to mow the lawn and drive uber just to earn extra few bucks for a living over there...

    I love my signature.....

p/s : for forumers who want to know more about the "good degree", please refer post #57. I am getting lazy to repost already lah..

Hmmm.. you are like saying you won't get killed by car or lightning in kangaroo land...

I think you should worry more about yourself especially your prostate. I read somewhere in this forum that your PSA reached an alarming level..!!

I actually know a renowned urologist who wrote a book on Malaysian men's health. He is practising in a private hospital and also is a guest lecturer in a university. But since you said my post is hearsay and from Google, I think no point share it with you. Forumers who are interested to know can send a pm to me.

Take care... don't play play with prostate especially for people like you who depend on bp medication for long time since young. Hope you don't pee in your pant, day and night...

Missing this RIP buddy...He would have lotsa fun, exchanging views and banters in this thread too. Its coming close to a year I think...I can still recall us sitting in a hotel lounge, drinking whisky & him smokin' keretek, me chompin' on a cuban handroll (a present from David too :-) whilst chatting about iron sand in Poso & gold mines in a secret place :-) peppering it with bikes, beaches n' bikinied babes...

So, for David (smiling at us?) , he eventually found his greener patch of grass to RIP too.

Do I need to be cocky.. ??

My bp is mainly due to genes (hereditary) ... and partly the result of discipline in exercise (I jog average 10km a week).

If one has high bp from young age (30s), nothing much you can do except medication and I mean long term medication. Dietary control and exercise although is necessarily important but it can only help little.. medication is the only effective solution. Therefore, one can only thank the genes or blame the genes...

Btw, this is not my best reading. My average is 125/81..

Hehehehe, ultra-fit especially you only do beer excercise...

I sent a text to my friend who " stick-around here-not migrate-to assuie" and ask his non-professional opinion. He said can be one of these three

    - maybe a female reading !!

    - rare ultra-fit folks..

    - likely with the help of prescriptions especially for heart/arteries of more than 50 years (as suggested by the consistent middle figures)...
