At around 12.18pm on 15 May, my friend was waiting at Psn Kewajipan/Tujuan junction for the traffic light to turn green before turning right. There are 2 lanes for turning right. As the light turned green, and traffic on both lanes started to move out to turn right, here came M/Cycle WXU737 going straight but riding in between the 2 lanes turning right. Fortunately for the motor cyclist, my friend is a slow driver, otherwise he could have been killed! Watch the video!!

This goes to show that the licenses issued are not strict enough and there's no enforcement.

how about upgrading the car recorder?

I'm looking for a better brand too.

Go to the same junction at morning peak hours 7am onwards and evening peak hours and you will see that even cars does this!. Go further down just before the ramp that goes up past SJMC and you will see how idiots drivers cut in to the left at the very last minute.

Surprise! I have checked the video posting and quality is very good! The car recorder is also very good, of HD quality. I bought it for my friend and I uploaded the video! Based on your posting, I checked again, and quality is still very good!

It's very difficult to fathom huh chookyan? Dont they value their own vehicles or their lives? Even this near miss was so traumatic for my friend; she told me she had to stop by the road side to take a breather after that!! But she felt so relieved that at least it was all recorded and if there had been a crash, at least she would have evidence to prove it was the motorcyclist's fault.

From the video , what I can see is the driver is the first one to turn right and the driver turn right immediately when the traffic light changed to green, almost instantaneous.. !!

A simple habit of looking at the side mirror before turning can prevent such near-miss. DO NOT press the accelerator and turn the steering wheel immediately the moment you see the traffic light is green !!

When a life is lost, who is wrong or right is secondary. Onboard camera inside the car may give you evidence to pin point to the cause of accident, but still a life is lost when such thing happens.

I have encountered similar idiotic riders many times. It is important to be vigilant to prevent such untoward incident.

Good question on "Don't they value their own vehicles". Do they?? We see BMWs and high powered MPVs park all over (road side, kerbs, double park you name it) like they are the rightful road owners. These idiots are all over from Taipan to Empire you name it. Can afford $$$ cars but cannot afford a RM3 parking, such nuisance to other road users.

Onboard camera is now standard equipment on board taxis in Spore.

it was heavy rain,and the motor guy had the guts not allow my wife to drive to police station and block her by the road.Happen I was in USJ 5 ,and ask hi what he want? In the end being a nice person and make sure he did not have broken legs,we pay for the repair.

Last time when I was stuck in a jam, a motorcyclist dared to kick my car.
