Telekom pole in front of house tipping over

I went to the telekom website and cannot find where to call?
The pole is rusted and topping over, wires can hanging just 7-8 ft above ground.
Anyone has a number that I can call? Thanks.

Let us know how soon they respond from time of call. Interesting to know their efficiency these days. They should rush over..no more like long ago 10 jokers, 1 smoking, 4 chatting, rest sitting down..1 man up the ladder..hahahah! Last I saw was 1-2man show..do everything.

No telekom came yet. When I renovated my house, I made sure that there are access to the roof for aircons and astro. The roof is a very very dangerous place. Even contractors will not go up if there is slight rain. In Austraia, they also check the wind factor.

I seem to observe USJ home roofs are of steeper gradient in design, therefore quite dangerous to be up there. My previous PJ home was damn good, I can walk everywhere up there and still steady, NOT this home, blardi dangerous! At this age, i will not risk being up there for any reason. But I do go into the attic to check things, like water tank condition and etc.

Pole was fixed last week, they put a new pole in. It is still installed sengit..lol. This is because of the wires were put back, they had to lean it a bit. Lucky it was behind some tall bushes.
