That area lot seems to be in progress of some major building construction. Prior to that, it was abandoned and waterlogged place, really nasty from where I casually observed when driving past it. Maybe the years of waterlog there contributed to mosquito breeding and other nasties in this Subang, nothing done for years...till maybe now..Abandoned and ill maintained sites can be a nightmare for residents nearby.....just my 2 sen.

All I see and know that road, that junction, those traffic lights, the ongoing development there all lumped together are a sheer night and day mare for traffic jam, pollution and just too busy. Wait till the LRT station is up and operational, worse than Jalan Bukit Bintang. Not a good thing.

Abandoned projects usually are bogged down by many legal entanglements. The lack of will and money can only add to the problem. So, buying pre-owned properties is not bad idea but you have to pay a premium. What you see is what you get.
