Job Description:
Accounts and Admin Executive
Selangor - based in Subang Jaya USJ
Responsibilities:
General book-keeping and AR/AP maintenance
Process billings and invoicing to client accurately and promptly
Process vendor payments and handle monthly disbursement of cheques
Prepare payment vouchers/journal vouchers/bank reconciliations/book keeping/costing
Assist in preparation of various reports and analysis
Ensure accounting records and systems complies with the company's policies
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI/ACCA or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
Good command of written & spoken English (Mandarin not compulsory but is advantageous)
Knowledge in business accounting software is advantageous
Must possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills & able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and business partners
Fast learner with a positive attitude
Fresh graduates or candidates pursuing professional qualification will be considered
Salary range from RM 2,000 to RM 2,500 per month (depends on experience)
