Periodically, I will treat myself to a little program of drinking plain warm water by the glasses to clear my digestive system. Then don't drink anything else, tea, coffee, fizzy drinks, etc. Just drink as much water as possible for couple of days, early morning, afternoon, anytime..just more than usual days. I'm no doctor, no physician, no health expert or consultant....I'm self confident it'll can help a lot..(but NOT CURE any disease)..then go bomb as frequently as possible. If one's bowel removal isn't a daily consistence, better watch out and not a good thing. I personally assume ts a clear out everything program, FREE!..nothing to loose by drinking PLAIN WATER! I drink a big glass of plain warm water every morning when I get up. Later my urine is clear..then go about your usual routine...NO LOSS!..everything to gain. WATER IS LIFE! Believe it!

    Yes, absolutely right..

I seldom drink plain water as Chinese tea is my plain water but I do drink a glass of plain water (about 300 ml) in the early morning to clear the digestive system.

Yes, but not plain water. It is the burgundy coloured fermented fruit juice ....

I occasionally (2-3 times a week) will have a small glass of wine before sleep. Doctor said no harm and I also think it is no harm. You ought to trust the doctor, right... !!

and for plain water, I have a habit to drink during the night when I wake up. Not much, a few sips to quench the thirst. Old man like man wakes up 1-2 times during the night...

Leilohmoleiah! The wantanmee stall at Happyland Restaurant in USJ14 also increased their price by 50 sen and that was when petrol prices were at its lowest! On the other hand my favourite Malay nasi lemak stall continues to sell at the old price. I rest my case.

Excellent idea. A couple of stalls are already highlighted here. Everyone, please continue. It would be great if you can also tell us which stalls have not increased prices.

The high-end coffee places I don't go, so I don't know. Thanks for bringing it to our attention Jan.

Maybe all "tiams" or coffeshops that serves or cook by foreigners. Serving drinks or cleaning tables OK.

Countless products and services is getting more expensive in this land as time goes by..PERIOD! Its tougher ahead and one just have to tighten belt or else very little savings for retirement.
I've already said many times..your RM10 note don't buy you anything much now..it can disappear in a flash!

I just went to Margaret Yong Tau Foo , they have raised the YTF to RM 1.60 from RM 1.50 a few months ago. But the shop has full of people eating and they hire 100% foreign workers.

Minimum 6 pieces x 1.60 = 9.60 plus rice 1.50 per bowl has exceeded rm 10. And it's not filling.

So what stagnant salary? There are tons of rich people in Malaysia.
