Periodically, I will treat myself to a little program of drinking plain warm water by the glasses to clear my digestive system. Then don't drink anything else, tea, coffee, fizzy drinks, etc. Just drink as much water as possible for couple of days, early morning, afternoon, anytime..just more than usual days. I'm no doctor, no physician, no health expert or consultant....I'm self confident it'll can help a lot..(but NOT CURE any disease)..then go bomb as frequently as possible. If one's bowel removal isn't a daily consistence, better watch out and not a good thing. I personally assume ts a clear out everything program, FREE!..nothing to loose by drinking PLAIN WATER! I drink a big glass of plain warm water every morning when I get up. Later my urine is clear..then go about your usual routine...NO LOSS!..everything to gain. WATER IS LIFE! Believe it!
