    MPSJ monthly parking

I wonder how much shops paid for the monthly parking? RM2000 per month?? i am asking this coz they seems to own the parking space 24/7/365.MPSJ must put a stop to this !
Displaying the notice even on Sunday ,Maybe i buy a bus and book 2 lots and stay there better than owning a property.I do not need to pay water and electric bill also. Can go to MPSJ toilet to bath and do my " other activities."

Private owned parking lots are painted in red, others is just public parking place, first come first serve.
However, to be convenient for those shop to load and off load goods, we let them have priority to use those parking lots infront of their shop, so if you think that you should have more priority to use that lot, you can always ask them nicely to remove the blocking.

My view may be flawed to some but I really do think that car repair or accessories shops who operate drive in service isn't suitable to be located within busy shopping areas and narrow shop terraces. No doubt it seems convenient for shoppers but perhaps their relocation should be for a better streamlined shopping experience. Not to mention car service shops are likely to pollute the area with waste. They should locate in some semi or full industrial area to ease traffic congestion which is a perpetual problem here. An example of and area suitable for automobile shops could be like Jalan Subang 5 area, behind USJ14. Ample space there for light industry. Oh well, this is Malaysia, mindset is such that everyone will do what they think is right, as long as you're not caught.
