Taken it a couple of times to Subang Parade and Empire and the timing is quite reliable. Problem is the low passengers volume, having seen many times people at the bus stops hesitate to get on to it as its says Bas Selangorku and people has no clue what it is and the drivers are NOT helping by keeping quite (not his job to promote). Our YB should suggest that a sticker which says "COMMUNITY BUS and IT'S FREE" be stick at the bus entrance should that citizens knows about this service before it turns into another 'white elephant'

Depends on the bus driver ( one friendly bearded bus driver is very nice), there are some drivers who are very nice and will stop at the bus stop when there are people there ( even when these people don't flag down the bus ) open the door and tell them it's a free bus until subang parade/empire. But I have also encountered a not so nice driver.
