just be wary ... a friend engaged a no-fee-pay-when-win loyar. On loyar's advice sued his glc employer for >Rm1000000 (to qualify for high court hearing). The compensation award was to be shared between friend & his loyar (i wont disclose the % split, suffice to say, its cut throat!)
Anyway after months of hearings, delays, hearing etcetc....he/they won. ...But the judge awarded such pittance and far cry of that elusive RMillion. And after splitting up the win$...my friend today ended up selling chup-fun in KL.
