Basically it is the 'flat head syndrome' manifesting awkwardly in this apanama ah tee's case.

Whilst most flat headed babies do developed into normal human beings, some misshapened heads lead to extremities of lopsided pressure on the brain. Lopsided pressure in the brain are proven to cause irrational behavior, psychotic response, extreme denial & hatred of own self, self-association to cess pit parasite mutation amongst all oddities.

Past scientific monitoring and anecdotal records, over 5000yrs, have indicated that such incident is prevalently highly amongst only certain races esp. in the oriental gene pool. And that such oddity is hereditary.
