There is a Qigong class every Saturday morning from 7.30-9.30 am in Goodyear Court 9 Multi Purpose Hall. If you are interested, contact their Senior Instructor Mr Ron of Chi Dynamics at ronksng1@gmail.com. I believe they also have classes at other venues. Anyway, please email him directly.
Btw, medium of instruction is English.

There is a group practicing various forms of Tai Chi (sword, fan and I think Chen Tai Chi) in USJ 6/5 field. If you want pure Yang or Chen Tai Chi you may have to look a bit. I practice the Cheng Man-ching Yang form of Tai Chi...in private. Solely cannot offer lessons.

What if I were interested in signing up for Taekwondo classes, any sifu to recommend? Tai Chi doesn't work for me. Too slow, no power! Bad guys come, I gotta run away!

You will be surprise how effective Tai Chi can be as a form of self defence. Please see UTube to find out. The slow movement of the exercise you see is to allow the chi to flow smoothly through the body. Grand masters or exponents can use this chi effectively as a form of self defence and their movements can be quite fast.

besitai, I stand corrected. Didn't know there is so much power in such 'slow' kungfu.

Guess we'll have to wait for Jan to come in and see what his response is going to be like. All the same, I will take my position 100 feet away from you. Just in case.

    Jan, where art thou?
