Is Syabas or Selangor government responsible for allowing a bunch of FRU goons to camp on the upper section of Sg Langat so that they can pollute the Sg langat? The high ammonia comes only from once source: their urine! Read NST report: http://www.nst.com.my/latest/two-con...losed-1.478291

    Latest press release by Syabas.

We are going to be tortured for another 3 months!

    KENYATAAN MEDIA
    SIARAN SEGERA
    8 APRIL 2014

USJ is supplied by Semenyih, at 71.59%. I cannot understand the need to ration water in USJ
Subang Jaya is supplied by Sg. Selangor, at 37.52%. In this case I understand the need to ration water in Subang Jaya.

By right areas supplied by Klang Gates, Langat and Sg Selangor should be subject to water rationing. But why other areas are also affected?

    Langat = Semenyih.. No?

Anyway, while we have the right to question and criticise. At the same time, we should also ask the man in the mirror what can we do on a daily basis to reduce water wastage.
    - Stop letting the tap runs while we brush teeth.
    - Stop letting the tap runs while we soap the plates.
    - Shower instead of taking bath.
    - Install water efficient toilet cistern system.
    - Water plant with water from washing cooking rice.

Just curious, What is the first reaction when u see a tap left running in a public toilet?
    a) quickly turn off the tap?
    b) wait for someone else to turn it off.
    c) don't bother, not my house.

Sadly, there are ppl who would do b) and c). -Not my job.

If everyone bothers to take the step to not waste water unncessarily, we can actually save a lot of water. If each person can reduce wastage by 500ml a day. that's 15L a month, multiply that by the population in the tunes of millions?

Of cos, there would be calls to the authority to fix the leaking pipes and all. Yes, those need to be addressed. But my rambling is about taking a look at what we can do individually. Not what 'the other guy' can do. If everyone point the finger at 'the other guy', nothing will change...

Look lah..Malaysia is full of wrong attitudes galore.. the other parties also have defects and flaws, everything want..ISO, highest this highest that..only for gloat sake..tapi cakap tak serupa bikin..potong only efficient, the rest is all questionable work attitudes and political implications that surface above the interests of the rakyat. THATS WHY MALAYSIA NEVER LEARN ANYTHING!..till something bad happen, even then don't learn! PERIOD! There's more bad attitudes and irresponsibility around than good! Consumers have to use water or whatever they pay for prudently, There's NO TWO WAYS about it. DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN EASILY AFFORD or its plentiful, you can abuse and use like no tomorrow. The earth doesn't exist to provide you with everything that you have liberty to abuse or over use. I suppose people never think of this.. Live to eat..not eat to live!
