As I am writing this, MH198 from KLIA to Hyderabad has been making flights circling Kuala Selangor for the past 3-4 hours burning fuel.... its going to be making an emergency landing due to technical reasons... I pray to God, save the people on board...

Still want to play hard-to-get and tarek harga.... even implicitly claim Air Asia success is due to MAS ex-staffers.... sometimes I think Tun Dr M knows what the heck he was talking about when he discusses race and religion....

The previous search deployed their so-called sophisticated and "state-of-the art" underwater drone called "Bluefin" but they found nothing. If I am not wrong, this Bluefin was chosen because it is an autonomous deepsea gadget and can scour seabed which is uneven - from flat plateau to mountain ridges and trenches.

Now, they want to survey the seafloor of the search area by using a so-called "high-resolution" gadget and this time is by towing the gadget underneath the water !!

In seabed subsurface exploration, the properties of the subsurface can be determined by knowing some critical parameters of the subsurface like density and electric resistivity. These parameters are obtained by either sonic, magnetic or electric tools, or simply drill thru the layers to get the earth core for lab analysis.

I have no knowledge in this area of seabed surface modeling ... I just don't understand how this gadget is capable to capture seabed image accurately underneath the sea a few km deep by towing the gadget from a boat !!

maybe they are going back to basics?
Maybe they have different descriptors, terms and words and terms for samo samo old thing? like the 60's magnetometer, side scan sonar, hydrophones and pipestring towline? those long ago stuff they used to locate the Titanic in the 80s?

Maybe they also wanna cowpoo us about some terra merra see-all-omni-telepresense underH2O vehicle? HOWEVER, the only major diff here is there were concrete proofs that the titanic did sink...

I thought they are supposed to be looking for something lying on the bottom; not under the bottom. Things like oil or mineral deposits. On the other hand what if the wreckage if any is covered in sand/silt

Perhaps that is why the PETRONAS vessel is there... perhaps it is a CARIGALI exercise afterall....

"a leading aviation expert has pointed out that govt is in possession of more information which thus far it has refused to release........there are several recordings that would shed light on the first four hours of Flight MH370"

Maybe they cannot disclose the original cargo manifest because the families of the MH370 victims will cry foul and demand for compensation for carrying dangerous cargo risking the lives of those on board, no? Of course, I could be wrong, they could just be tons and tons of mangosteens...

the 1cousin said he is 99.9% sure the missing MH370 will be found !!

Well, layman like me cannot understand why such equipment with 99.9% success rate was not deployed in previous search operatoins before ??

Anyhere, before the plane is found, it is 100.0% sure that RM67 millions will be paid to this contracted search vessel by Petronas..

They never told you it will be found! They say 99.9% They never said 100.0% You should know how the cousins speak with forked tongues by now!

You people know how to vote BN and yet you do not know your leaders? Just hoping for RM600 BR1M to be upped to RM1,000 izzit? Sorry, its RM950 only, wait for your extra RM50 later....
